Booking requires a minimum of 2 nights.
Booking Procedure
1. Choose an accommodation from the dropdown element.
2. Select the Check-in and Check-out date (minimum of 2 nights).
3. Fill out the Booking Form and submit via Send.
4. Proceed with payment.
5. Send personal IDs for all guests before arrival via E-Mail or WhatsApp.
6. You will receive a PIN code for the key box ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL shortly before Check-in.
7. The key to your room will be in the key box from Check-in (15:00).
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 15:00.
Check-out until 10:00 for the whole property.
ONLY SELF CHECK-IN via key box.
Payment
Payable immediately at the latest ONE hour after the booking or we unfortunately have to cancel your booking. With the booking you confirm that you have read and accept our house rules. Attention: we never ask for your credit card or other payment details etc.!
Payment is made via Paypal or one of the largest financial service providers Stripe, which large companies also use (such as Amazon, Google, Airbnb, OpenAI etc.).
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in you will get back 100% of the amount you have paid.
Registration
Before arrival all guests must send their ID cards for tourist registration. Via E-Mail or WhatsApp.
