Getting here is easy: from Split Airport, a shuttle takes you to the ferry terminal. The ferry or catamaran brings you directly to Stari Grad on Hvar – fast, scenic, and stress-free.

The Property

Private Rooms:

• Room 1: Two single beds, access to the terrace, with air conditioning – first floor
• Room 2: Two single beds, access to the terrace, with air conditioning – first floor
• Room 3: One double bed, no terrace access, with air conditioning – first floor
• Room 4: One double bed and one sofa bed, access to the garden, with air conditioning – ground floor
• Room 5: One single bed, access to the garden, with air conditioning – ground floor All rooms are private and have lockable doors.

Bathrooms (shared if only rooms are booked):

• Bathroom with shower and separate toilet – first floor
• Bathroom with shower and toilet – ground floor

Kitchen (shared if only rooms are booked):

Located on the ground floor. Equipped with an induction hotplate, refrigerator, sink, and a table with two chairs.

Dining Areas:

• Outdoor dining area in the garden for six people
• Outdoor dining area on the terrace for eight people Additional chairs are available. There is no indoor dining area.

Additional Information:

• Self check-in and self check-out only
• Guests must submit identity cards of all guests before arrival

• Entire House You will be the only guests on the property. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden, and terrace are for your private use.
• Entire First Floor You will be the only guests on the first floor. You have private access to three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two of the rooms offer direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, second bathroom, and garden on the ground floor are shared with other guests or the host.
• Individual Private Rooms You will have a private, lockable bedroom. All other areas – including bathrooms, kitchen, garden, and terrace – are shared with other guests or the host.
